At Signify Innovations (formerly known as Philips Lighting), our purpose is ‘to unlock the extraordinary potential of light for brighter lives and a better world’. The choice of our new company name originates from the fact that light becomes an intelligent language, which connects and conveys meaning. Through Philips Smart Connect program, we seek to develop a relationship with you which enables us to scale new heights in this quest of ours. We intend to understand and gain from your valuable insights about the trends and preferences of the end consumers and to use that knowledge to offer the right set of lighting solutions. We are looking to use this program as a long-lasting interaction and engagement opportunity, whereby we are able to showcase our lighting solutions to you so that you can create a wow factor for your clients.

This program offers you a host of opportunities whenever your client makes a purchase of Philips smart lighting products. Additionally, every referral and lead you provide, regarding various other sites and projects, will help you generate more points. These points can easily be redeemed for exciting gifts and fabulous rewards from our Rewards catalogue. Pls note that this program is only about sharing what we are best at i.e. offering lighting products and solutions that create a difference in the lives of consumers, and is not binding upon you in any form whatsoever.

Program duration and points validity

The Philips Smart Connect program began in May 2019 and has been continuing ever since. This program has been launched by Signify Innovations India Limited (formerly known as Philips Lighting India Limited). Our purpose is ‘to unlock the extraordinary potential of light for brighter lives and a better world’.

In this program, you would never need to worry about the expiration of the points earned by you. The points earned by you will be there forever (unless you decide to redeem them or you decide to leave the program)! Every time you delight your customers with our smart lighting products, you earn reward points. These reward points can be redeemed for a host of exciting products from the program rewards catalogue.

Every Rs.100/- of sales conversion at a Philips Smart Light Hub = 1 Reward Point

A member needs to earn a minimum of 2,000 points in a year to achieve Active status for the year and thereafter start redemption. The more points you collect the more exciting rewards you can redeem.

Points that you earn are accumulated in your Philips SmartConnect program account. When the total earned points reach a defined level, the member unlocks the next milestone and becomes eligible for earning more points per ₹100 of business conversion.

The points required to unlock higher milestones are detailed in the below table:

The points earned in a month will be credited to your program account by the 10th of the next month. Every month you will receive an SMS with details of points allocated and the same will be reflected in your profile on the Philips SmartConnect website.

Eligible Products
Members can earn points on purchase of all product across our portfolio at any Philips Smart Light Hub across the country.

Earn Additional Hue Points
Hue is the personal, wireless, smart and connected lighting from Philips. Members can earn additional 125 points (called Hue points) per site, if Philips Hue range of products are used by them in more than two sites in a quarter. The Hue points earned in a quarter would be added to the account in the first month of the next quarter.

Redeem Reward Points
As a member, you can browse through the dynamic rewards catalogue on the program website, select a gift of your choice and submit your redemption request. A unique redemption code will be generated and sent to you via SMS. The same will also be reflected in your profile on the Philips SmartConnect website, against your redemption history.

Members can also call the program helpdesk 022 6811 2200 (toll-free), Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm and place their redemption request, subjected to OTP verification.
